DELIVERY TERMS

Our standard shipping service provider is DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post GoGreen.

The shipping fee within Germany is €5.00 (incl. VAT) and we ship by insured parcel.

For letters (e.g. postcards or nuukk tattoos and iron-on transfers) shipping is €2.00. Some small products are sent via bubble mailer at a reduced shipping price of €3.90.

The shipping costs are automatically generated and displayed in the shopping cart.

After completing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

The delivery time after shipping confirmation is 2-4 working days. 
 

Your order will be packed by us after receipt of payment.
If it comes to longer shipping times, please contact DHL first, stating the tracking number.

 

You can check the shipment status for packages at any time with the DHL Tracking or for small orders that are sent as registered mail at the German Post under shipment status.

For Express shipping please leave us a note during the ordering process.
We try to process this order in advance so that your package gets to you faster.



Shipping costs in the EU  amounts to a flat rate of €8.99 (incl. VAT) for packages up to 2kg.

(Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus) ​

For shipping outside of the EU, amount to a flat rate of €15.99 (incl. VAT) for packages up to 2kg. This applies to the following countries, for example:

Great Britain, the U.S. and Switzerland

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please send us an email to info@lauredesign.de.

Please make sure that the returned items must be unused and unworn and all labels and hangtags must be present, as well as the original packaging, so that we can refund the full purchase price.
The refund will be made after processing and according to the method of payment of the purchase.

 

The costs of the return are borne by the buyer himself.
